We accept returns received to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for items in new condition.
Here’s the breakdown: Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable if free shipping is not active as a promotional offer.

A USPS return label will emailed to you after we receive return form. You will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) when you choose to use the USPS label.
Don’t want to use the USPS label? You can use your own form of shipping to return your item to us at no fee. Returns can be sent to: P.O. Box 641701, San Jose, CA 95164
Once we receive your return, refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice on the return form. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note so on your return form. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.
